B-Lynk provides on-site training classes as a service for our customers with 3 unique audiences in mind:  You and your staff as a BroadSoft Service Provider, your customer’s IT Administrators, call center supervisors and agents and basic business users. Each audience has unique requirements and all of our on-site training sessions are designed with that in mind. Whether you need to train your provisioners on how to configure a distributed call center or the basic end user on how to use features in the BroadWorks Assistant Enterprise that are unique to their business, we have you covered.
