Design Phase --- Just a Snapshot


Design Phase I
  Initial kick-off meeting with customer or customer representative outlining the details of the customer order received from the client.
  Initial planning call with customer’s client to identify key stakeholders, determine preliminary timelines, critical milestones and all information needed to develop a project plan.
  B-Lynk PM Portal set-up for collaboration and information sharing between customer, customer’s client and B-Lynk. Initial project plan and milestones set.
  Weekly recurring conference calls held between B-Lynk and customer’s client.

Design Phase II
  B-Lynk conducts system design interviews with identified stake holders.
  Scope of work for system set up is presented to provisioning.
  Port dates and circuit install dates coordinated and communicated.

Design Phase III
  Preliminary call flow diagrams are presented to the customer from the B-Lynk.
  B-Lynk coordinates all FOC, FOC LNP and physical install dates with the client.

Build Phase --- Just a Snapshot

Build Phase I
 

B-Lynk provides finalized scope of work and call flow design to your provisioner.

  B-Lynk coordinates greeting recordings and scripting with the client.
  CPE is ordered and delivery coordinated by B-Lynk.

Build Phase II
  B-Lynk coordinates circuit install and testing.
  Coordinates BroadWorks Build with your provisioner and performs initial quality assurance testing.
  Field tech assigned and scheduled for install.  B-Lynk coordinates.

Build Phase III
  Pre-cut over BroadWorks testing on all Auto Attendants, Call Center Queues, Hunt Groups and Voicemail Boxes.
  Coordination of physical install and port is set between field tech, provisioner and client stakeholders.
  Final system testing is performed with field tech, provisioner and B-Lynk.
