Live Webinar Training Services

B-Lynk provides live webinar training sessions as a service for our customers with 3 unique audiences in mind:  You and your staff as a BroadSoft Service Provider, your customer’s IT Administrators, Call Center Supervisors and Agents and basic business users.

We understand how the challenges BroadSoft Service Providers face in regards to training internal personnel on new BroadWorks releases, creating service packs to optimize licenses, and training sales executives and channel partners on features and applications. All of our Service Provider webinars cover material that is specific to your business and is conducted in an overview format with open Q/A to wrap up. We may not know ALL the answers, but our relationship with Broadsoft will ensure we can get you information quickly and you can put your resources back to work at what they are best at.

  • IT Administrator Training is designed to meet the needs of your customer’s technical staff. These training sessions cover topics such as how to use the Web Portal to make changes on Group Call Flow,  reset passwords, upload directories, install applications, run call detail reports and administer changes on the system that do not require the assistance of your technical support team. Our goal is to help the IT Staff of your customer’s organization be more efficient and effective and use the VoIP technology available to recommend business workflow decisions within their company. We recognize that this audience is the champion for your internally and strive to provide outstanding IT Admin training with that in mind.
  • BroadWorks Call Center Supervisor Training sessions are designed to meet the needs of busy call center managers. We cover the features within the client application, how to monitor and manage queues, barge in on calls, run reports, wallboard, set SLAs, etc. We also can assist in providing Call Flow Mapping so your Call Center Supervisors can see a clear picture of how their call center is configured for business hours, after hours and holidays. The BroadWorks hosted call center product is robust and these training sessions typically run 90minutes in length to allow time for a complete overview as well as Q&A.
  • BroadWorks Call Center Agent training sessions cover the basics of how to log-in and out of the application, change status, escalate calls and utilize the call control options on the client.  We recommend that our customers make these sessions available prior to the installation of a hosted call center in order to field basic questions prior to the go-live date.
  • Business User training sessions can cover a wide variety of topics such as how to install and use the Enterprise Assistant, or BroadWorks Toolbar, how to access the web portal, how to use any  customized applications that you have developed for your customer using the BroadSoft Marketplace and directory of developers.
